Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Evorify. If you’re not satisfied, we’re happy to help.

Returns:

• Return window: 7 days from delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• For hygiene reasons, opened earrings (studs/jhumkas) cannot be returned
• Choker sets may be returned only if unused and sealed
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is defective

Refunds:

Once inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
